In my practice, I use an integrative approach that allows me to tailor methods to your specific needs. I combine a deep foundation in psychoanalysis with effective practical tools from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and third-wave Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques such as ACT, DBT, and CFT. The psychoanalytic foundation helps me identify hidden root causes of issues in the unconscious, while EFT and CBT methods enable gentle yet rapid transformation of difficult emotional states during sessions.
I specialize in addressing the following concerns:
Self-esteem: excessive self-criticism, chronic feelings of guilt and shame, and seeking inner resilience.
Emotions and intrusive thoughts: anxiety, panic attacks, fears, outbursts of anger, and emotional burnout.
Apathy and depressive states: lack of life energy, chronic fatigue, loss of meaning and motivation.
Relationships: conflicts, emotional dependency, separation issues, and recurring life patterns.
Crises and trauma: processing difficult experiences, effects of chronic stress, and PTSD.
