Professional experience
Began private online psychological practice toward the end of my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. Work with adult clients in individual sessions under ongoing supervision.
Areas of focus
- I work with adult clients individually, primarily using transactional analysis, and also incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy tools. Clients seek support for concerns related to anxiety, fears, self-doubt, self-esteem, life crises, relationship and intimacy difficulties, emotional dependency, conflicts, panic attacks, as well as a desire to better understand themselves, their emotions, needs, and habitual behavioral patterns. In my work, I prioritize a collaborative approach, respect for the client, and a clear understanding of our shared goals.
