I have a psychological and specialized psychoanalytic education, and I am a member of two professional communities: the National Psychological Association (NPA – part of the European Federation of Psychoanalytic Associations), the Division of Psychoanalytic Psychology and Psychotherapy, and the Ukrainian Psychoanalytic Union.

Professional experience
Has the necessary theoretical and practical training to conduct psychoanalytic practice, including over 300 hours of personal analysis (ongoing). Regularly undergoes supervision and enhances qualifications through participation in professional conferences, educational programs, and specialized courses.

In my view, the key distinction of psychoanalysis from other psychotherapy methods lies in its depth of work with the psyche. The core process occurs at the level of the unconscious—the part of the mind that typically remains unnoticed yet significantly influences life. This approach allows individuals to delve deep into themselves, uncovering the motives and underlying meanings behind their decisions and actions that were previously beyond conscious awareness.
While this is a meticulous process, the transformations that emerge from such immersion into the depths of one’s psyche yield comprehensive and lasting results that touch every aspect of a person’s life. One of my primary goals in this work is to create a safe and secure environment where the unconscious can unfold, enabling individuals to truly meet themselves.

Clients come to me with a wide range of concerns, including psychological effects of the war in Ukraine, intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors, depressive episodes, anxiety, panic attacks, sleep disturbances, emotional instability (mood swings, irritability, emotional breakdowns), low self-esteem, recurring life patterns and destructive relationship dynamics, challenges in interactions with partners, parents, or children, questions of personal and professional identity, difficulties in forming lasting relationships, coping with loss (divorce, bereavement, job loss, etc.), as well as couples therapy.
