2024 – Led in-person psychological workshops in Świebodzin, Poland, for Womansense, supporting refugee women. Actively presents at scientific and practical conferences.
2025 – Private consultant for the IT company DSIK, focusing on creating psychologically safe team environments, effective management strategies, and productivity enhancement. Conducts transactional analysis training for individuals with migration experience.
