Areas of focus
specialization, area of professional interest
I support clients in addressing personal struggles, building self-confidence, and navigating adolescent challenges. I help restore and improve relationships in couples, with parents, and within families, while resolving conflicts between partners. I work with loneliness, codependent relationships, burnout, midlife crises, fears, panic attacks, and grief. My practice includes transitional periods, identity crises, boundary issues, suppressed emotions, and discovering personal desires and comfort zones. I assist in overcoming guilt and shame. I also provide counseling for children and adolescents dealing with aggression, self-harm, fears, enuresis, conflicts, tics, social withdrawal, depression, hyperactivity, school refusal, theft, lying, and parental divorce.
