Professional experience
I’ve been working in this field since 2007—nearly 11 years. I started in youth clubs and social services (about 5 years). I taught university students, presented at numerous practical and theoretical conferences, contributed to psychological projects, served as the lead psychologist in others, and wrote both academic and popular science articles. Today, my primary focus is individual and group therapy. In 2014, I defended my PhD thesis at Taras Shevchenko National University on the topic of ‘Interpersonal interaction in the parental family as a factor in youth financial behavior.’ My total practice amounts to around 3,000 hours.

Areas I specialize in and have extensive experience with include navigating the start and end of relationships, sexual adjustment challenges, loneliness, socialization and desocialization, psychosomatic issues, panic attacks, crisis states, grief after loss of loved ones, depression, anxiety, fears, psychological and physical abuse, financial behavior patterns, and the psychological aspects of parenthood.
I primarily work with clients aged 14 to 45, as I deeply understand the challenges they face. I am open and supportive to individuals from the LGBTQ+ community and all who seek help.
