Areas of focus
I address life crises (such as emigration, loss, relationship breakdowns, career changes, internal conflicts, and periods of uncertainty), as well as emotional states like anxiety, fears, apathy, emotional exhaustion, and depressive symptoms.
I support clients with interpersonal relationship challenges: difficulties in couples, separation, parent-child relationships, establishing and restoring personal boundaries, and improving communication with loved ones.
I work on self-esteem, feelings of shame and guilt, challenges with self-realization, and developing inner resilience and self-support skills.
I focus on emotional regulation, stress management, restoring personal resources, and finding individualized strategies for adapting to life changes.
I also address personal growth, self-discovery, finding meaning, professional burnout, and life direction.
In my work with children and adolescents, I support the development of emotional regulation, emotional intelligence, social skills, behavioral adaptation, and address family-related concerns.
I create a safe, supportive space where clients can progress at their own pace, explore their inner experiences, and find ways to self-support and stabilize.
