Professional experience
Since 2013: individual counseling and long-term psychotherapy. Group therapy and couples counseling. I write articles on psychological topics. I regularly attend supervision sessions (1-2 times per month). Long-term therapy for clients with codependent relationships.
Areas of focus
- Areas of professional focus include: gender and family relationships, female identity, anxiety disorders, depression, loneliness and loss of life purpose, self-esteem and addressing feelings of inadequacy, self-realization and finding one’s path in a career, crisis support and acute grief, and working with trauma and violence survivors.
