As an existential psychologist and life coach, my goal is to help individuals activate their inner resources so they can navigate life’s challenges, stay authentic, feel confident, and live in harmony with themselves, others, and the world. I assist in better understanding and recognizing personal needs, emotions, behaviors, and thoughts while fostering inner alignment. I believe every session brings value—whether it’s one or three. However, lasting and irreversible change requires time: from 10 sessions or more. The first 1-3 sessions are introductory and diagnostic, where we get to know each other. You’ll determine if I’m the right specialist for you; I’ll assess whether I can be helpful or if you might need a different expert. If we’re a good fit, sessions continue weekly, lasting 50-60 minutes. Through this process, individuals gain emotional growth, understand the cause-and-effect relationships in their lives, break free from illusions, develop new skills for managing their states, identify goals and pathways to achievement, and ultimately improve their quality of life.
