Professional experience
A practicing psychologist and psychotherapist since 2016, I specialize in helping clients navigate relationship difficulties, escape toxic or abusive dynamics, and process the effects of psychological, physical, or sexual violence. I also treat psychological trauma—whether single-incident or complex (PTSD, C-PTSD)—using EMDR therapy, which the WHO recognizes as one of the most effective treatments for post-traumatic stress. Additionally, I support clients dealing with depression, anxiety, burnout, and life crises, helping them rediscover inner strength and resources.
