Professional experience
I have been in private practice since 2008, providing therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, as well as group sessions, training programs, seminars, and workshops. Over the past 13 years, I have conducted more than 5,000 therapeutic hours with individuals facing life challenges. My areas of expertise include panic attacks, depression, anxiety disorders, phobias, obsessive thoughts (actions), and codependent relationships. I continuously enhance my skills, having completed over 1,000 hours of training in psychology, psychotherapy, psychosomatics, and coaching. As part of my education, I underwent personal psychoanalytic therapy, including 30 hours of Jungian sand therapy, 70 hours of individual and over 100 hours of group therapy using the symbol drama method, and 80 hours of art therapy. I regularly engage in professional supervision and participate in festivals, conferences, and webinars as both a speaker and attendee. I utilize modern psychological techniques to achieve optimal results, integrating all my knowledge to tailor the most effective approach for each client. My work is guided by principles of confidentiality, ecological awareness, and a gentle approach to the client's mental well-being.
