Psychologist-Counselor. 2022–26 Ukrainian Transactional Analysis Community. Transactional Analysis in Psychotherapy. 2025–26 Psychiatry Propedeutics (160 hours). Viktor Frankl Institute of Ukraine. 2026–present EMDR – completed Level 1, practicing under supervision.
Professional experience
I adhere to a client-centered approach in my work and integrate various methods—Transactional Analysis, Positive Psychotherapy, EMDR, somatic and art therapy practices—tailoring them to each individual’s needs, requests, and pace.
With over 15 years of experience in HR and coaching, I also specialize in topics related to professional life and transitions.
I am an active member of the USTA and NPA.

- Psychological crises and trauma of various origins, rethinking and processing difficult experiences.
- Navigating loss (of a person, familiar life, health, or identity), ambiguous loss and grief.
- Feeling stuck in life, hopelessness, seeking balance, meaning, and new anchors.
- Anxiety and depression, emptiness, emotional exhaustion, rejection pain, and loneliness.
- Relationship challenges and conflicts—within couples, families, with parents, or in the workplace.
- Self-esteem issues, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, harsh self-criticism, fear of making mistakes, and setting personal boundaries.
- Difficulties adapting to new life circumstances.
- Emotional and professional burnout.
- In addition to psychotherapy, I work in a psychological counseling format that combines coaching, focusing on: unlocking potential, personal effectiveness; overcoming limiting beliefs; self-worth and finding balance.
- I also lead support groups for those navigating different forms of loss.
