Professional experience

I began providing individual counseling in 2026, having previously worked in the social sector for 7 years, where I offered quality assistance and support. I have always felt that my calling is to help people, having navigated through many crises myself, including codependent relationships, and now as a mother of two teenagers. I am confident that my personal experience, finely tuned intuition, and empathy allow me to deeply understand and connect with a person from the very first moments of our work together. Sessions are conducted in Ukrainian and Russian; I also engage in personal therapy.

I am a certified practicing psychologist and, above all, a person who is always ready to support and help in difficult moments. Currently, I assist women in navigating life’s challenging crises, helping them find solutions when situations seem hopeless, rediscover themselves, recognize their potential, and embrace their worth. My goal is to help them live in the present, not postpone life for later.

~ I work with psychosomatic manifestations, helping to identify the connection between the body and thoughts. My approach is integrative, combining various methods such as psychosomatics, CBT, family psychology, child psychology, psychoanalysis, RPP, and anxiety management. I am committed to continuous learning and deepening my knowledge and practical skills.

~ With all my heart, I strive to create a space of peace and trust for you, so that in these precious moments dedicated to yourself, you can be in a completely safe environment where you are understood, heard, and supported. I guarantee confidentiality and acceptance. My aim is not to change you but to help you recognize your worth, potential, and new possibilities. Together, we will explore what holds you back from understanding the life you want to live, the kind of environment you need, how to find happiness alongside others, and how to avoid codependent relationships while maintaining your inner strength.

! Let’s pause time together, examine life’s aspects from a new perspective, and identify what makes your life meaningful and valuable—while letting go of what no longer serves you. We will explore this together and move toward a moment when you feel grounded in yourself, no matter what happens. You will no longer be drawn back into the state that once undermined you from within. Now you know and understand that, whatever life brings, you can practice breathing techniques and continue moving forward in alignment with your values.
