My practice incorporates Gestalt therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, metaphorical cards, and art therapy. These tools help us achieve the main goal—helping you better understand yourself, your feelings, and desires, recognize your own worth, and pursue your aspirations without harm to yourself or others.
