I work with low self-esteem, rebuilding self-trust, and fostering a healthy relationship with oneself. I help clients navigate grief and loss (bereavement, loss of physical ability, etc.). I support individuals during identity crises and relationship challenges. I also provide counseling for panic attacks, anxiety disorders, and mild depressive episodes.
