I provide support to those struggling with difficult emotional states: loss of closeness and joy in relationships, painful emotional dependency, loneliness; depressive states, anxiety, panic attacks, fears, outbursts of aggression; crises and psychological trauma: loss of a loved one, violence, betrayal, divorce, relocation, loss of social status or health, post-traumatic stress disorders; personal challenges: difficulty understanding one’s own desires, emptiness, loss of meaning, low self-esteem, guilt, shame, resentment, conflict, communication struggles; psychosomatic issues.
