I became the person who turned to psychology because of my own life challenges: inner and outer conflicts, relationship struggles, low self-esteem, and excess weight. After five years of dedicated and multifaceted self-work, I transformed myself: I left a codependent relationship, replaced a toxic environment with supportive people, rebuilt my relationship with my parents, lost 30 kg through psychological work, learned to embrace my body, found true love, and gained inner strength and stability. I studied myself, my emotions, and became emotionally balanced. Now, I want to help people make their lives—and their clients’ lives—brighter and more meaningful. I’ve been in private practice since 2019 and work online.
