I focus on themes such as restoring self-worth, identity crises, professional and age-related challenges, relationship difficulties (both romantic and family), existential experiences (loneliness, imperfection, mortality, freedom and responsibility), complex emotional states (shame, guilt, grief, resentment), codependency, finding inner support and uncovering personal needs or desires, or understanding why they remain unrecognized.
