Education
I graduated from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management and earned certification as a Gestalt therapist (NAGTU, 2021).
I am committed to lifelong learning, continuously enhancing my skills through courses, workshops, and conferences. These include advanced Gestalt therapy programs and events where professionals explore emerging psychological support methods. I consistently stay updated on modern approaches to emotional and relational work.
I continue to refine my professional competencies, prioritizing awareness of developments in the field of psychology and integrating new insights into my practice.

Professional experience
I have been practicing since 2020 with the following concerns:
- Experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, apathy, or emotional burnout;
Navigating conflicts in relationships—within family, with a partner, friends, or colleagues;
- Seeking deeper self-understanding, support in self-discovery, building confidence, or resolving inner conflicts;
Facing transitions or adjustments—new job, relocation, or a significant life stage;
- Dealing with traumatic experiences—loss, divorce, or other painful events;
- Aiming to improve quality of life—learning to set boundaries.
Areas of focus
- In therapy, I prioritize creating a space where you can breathe freely—without fear of not being "enough," without the need to prove or hide anything. My focus is on fostering an environment of acceptance, trust, and support, where you can truly be yourself.
