Private practice for over eight years. Individual consultations and therapy, in-person and online. Couples therapy in person. Work with therapeutic and thematic groups. Supervision.
Areas of focus
- Areas of focus include: family and age-related crises, self-realization and money-related stress, sexuality and couple dynamics, parent-child relationships, loss of life’s meaning and existential crises. I also address depression, phobias, anxiety, and panic disorders. My approach integrates bodywork in psychotherapy, addressing psychosomatic symptoms, phantom pains, and muscle tension. Clients may also seek support to explore life situations, improve relationships, find resources for future steps, or gain deeper insights into human connections without a specific issue.
