Areas of focus
- I invite you to explore together the roots of your difficulties and find constructive ways to address them. My practice focuses on crisis periods—such as emigration, job loss, relationship breakdowns, and internal conflicts—as well as depression, anxiety, fears, and apathy. I support clients in navigating interpersonal challenges, including separation, boundary-setting, parent-child conflicts, and improving communication with loved ones. I work with emotional states like shame, guilt, and irritation, as well as low self-esteem and challenges in self-realization. My approach includes developing self-regulation skills, overcoming stress, and cultivating resilience. I also address existential questions, life purpose, and professional burnout. I am open to supporting personal growth and self-discovery. I do not work with chemical dependencies, gambling addiction, or eating disorders.
