Areas of focus
- I help clients address personal issues such as low self-esteem, lack of confidence, emotional dependency (difficulty ending destructive relationships), lack of purpose or goals, challenges with separation from parents, and psychosomatic conditions. I also work on interpersonal relationships, including building healthy partnerships, family dynamics, workplace interactions, and parent-child relationships.
