Private practice since 2015: individual consultations, group sessions, and online counseling (Skype). Volunteered at the Center for Social Services for Family, Children, and Youth (October 2014 — April 2015).
Areas of focus
- I help address personal challenges such as difficulties understanding one’s own emotions, desires, and needs; struggles with expressing complex feelings toward others; and lingering effects of past trauma that continue to impact present life (divorce, loss, relocation, abuse).
