With years of experience, I address a wide range of client concerns: boosting self-esteem, exploring personal sexuality, career guidance, resolving relationship conflicts, supporting parents in raising children and teenagers, navigating pregnancy-related challenges (fears, difficulties, IVF), addressing psychosomatic symptoms, and coping with life’s hardships (depression, panic attacks, illness of a loved one, loss). Common reasons clients seek my help include: heightened anxiety, feeling emotionally empty despite outward success, feeling stuck in unfulfilling relationships, a sense of life being on hold, uncertainty about personal goals and desires, low self-esteem and self-doubt, struggling to cope with difficult circumstances, enhancing intimacy and sexual fulfillment, and developing fresh perspectives and healthier ways of connecting with others.
