I help clients navigate life’s uncertainties, tough decisions, and challenges in professional communication. I support individuals in improving personal relationships, overcoming loneliness, resentment, and self-doubt, as well as addressing difficulties with self-expression and forming connections. I also work with feelings of depression, boredom, fatigue, and other concerns.
