- Low self-esteem, self-doubt, challenges with self-acceptance and self-realization, deep-seated insecurities, and finding one's life purpose. I assist clients in managing anxiety, stress, emotional burnout, vegetative dystonia, and social phobias. I address feelings of guilt and shame, communication difficulties, loneliness, and support mothers during maternity leave. Sessions are available in-person and online.
