Professional experience
Certified psychologist and Gestalt therapy trainee. I have been in private practice since 2022, working online during the war. I specialize in self-esteem issues, depression, panic attacks, anxiety, psychological crises, and grief counseling. I also work with clients who simply need to be heard or are seeking self-discovery. I have experience working with the LGBTQ+ community.
Each session lasts 50 minutes. Typically, 4 introductory sessions are needed. Sessions are usually held once a week, or twice a week in acute cases. Gestalt therapy is a long-term process, and client readiness for self-development is key to effective work.
