Author of books «Zapysky shkolnoho psykholoha» (School Psychologist Notes), «Vykhovannia bez nervuvannia» (Upbringing Without Stress), «Vykhovannia bez travmuvannia» (Upbringing Without Trauma), etc. I have psychotherapeutic education in psychodrama, positive psychotherapy, dance-movement psychotherapy, schema therapy, mindfulness therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. Also certified in transactional analysis, trauma-focused psychotherapy, existential life creation, Ericksonian hypnosis, and others. Active member of the World Association for Positive Psychotherapy, Ukrainian Institute of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, All-Ukrainian Psychological Association, Chair of the Clinical Psychology Section of the Association of Psychiatrists of Ukraine.
Professional experience
Since 1999, I have worked as a school psychologist.
From 2001 to 2003, I was a psychologist at the bank "Finance and Credit."
Since 2000, I have been working as a counseling psychologist, psychotherapist, and organizational psychologist.
Areas of focus
- I support clients in finding life direction, rebuilding relationships, resolving value conflicts, and overcoming family challenges, including parent-child conflicts and parenting issues. I also work with depression, health anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, phobias, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, PTSD, ADHD, eating disorders, and other psychological difficulties.
