We’ll address challenges in family, work, and other relationships, manage anxiety, fears, and panic attacks, and improve your emotional well-being. Together, we’ll work toward achieving your goals and requests while discussing parent-child relationships. You’ll learn to accept and embrace the world around you. If a situation can’t be changed, we can always shift our perspective. In therapy, I’ll help you uncover your inner resources, explore your desires, accept your emotions, and recognize your worth. You’ll be heard without judgment—I’m always on your side, and together we’ll find a way forward.
