Education
Holds a master’s degree in psychology from the Dragomanov Ukrainian State University. Has nearly five years of Gestalt therapy training at the Pogodin Academy. Completed specializations in the dialogical-phenomenological approach to Gestalt therapy and sexuality work, with relevant certificates. Also completed a specialization in addiction work and is awaiting certification.
Professional experience
I have been conducting individual online psychological practice in the Gestalt approach for about 3 years. I also have experience working with groups, where I integrated movement practices with psychological reflection. Prior to this, I worked professionally in the dance field for nearly 15 years. I regularly engage in additional training, supervision, and participate in an intervision group.
Areas of focus
- I work from a Gestalt approach. Clients come to me with feelings of shame, struggles with self-acceptance and body image, questions of self-worth, and concerns around sexuality. I also support individuals facing relationship difficulties—including codependency—as well as challenges tied to migration and recovery from addiction. My work emphasizes bodily experience: how a person senses tension, comfort, personal boundaries, and desires. For me, this is a way to better understand oneself and gradually build inner resilience.
