Страх будущего
Мне 18 лет. И у меня страх будущего именно то что у меня не получится. Нет, я чётко не твержу что не получится, а вдруг не получится и вот так вот будет. Боюсь остаться одна, боюсь не добьюсь того чего хочу и так далее. И каждый раз когда думаю об этом, о будущем хочется умереть. Помогите пожалуйста. Не знаю что посоветуете, может книги или фильмы. Хоть что то
