Как справиться с егоизмом?
Я часто за собой замечаю, что стала очень жесткая по отношению к людям (всем без исключения). Я работала в ком.фирме начальником отдела и в подчинении было больше мужчин, поэтому пришлось надевать маску сильного,строгого начальника. А со временем (где-то 6лет)я заменила, что это уже и не маска. Как мне поменять себя на более добрую по отношению к близким людям и при этом оставаться строгой на работе.
