Боюсь людей, нет уверенности в себе почему так?
Боюсь нового знакомства, общаться с людьми (очень нервничаю и начинает трусить) заглатываю слова. Поэтому мне нравятся больше одиночество, нежели проходить это каждый раз. Но иногда хочется какого либо общения, кому-то открываться. Что это , из-за чего, как это побороть? Помогите пожалуйста.
