Навязчивая бредовая мысль.
У меня есть девушка которую я люблю и судя по всему она любит меня. Где то две недели назад, я очень сильно загнался из-за своей самооценки и подумал, что как меня вообще можно любить, представил что может быть я её сам придумал и она нереальна. Казалось просто бредовая мысль, иногда они появляются и я не предаю им значения, но в этот раз она заела у меня в голове. И вот на протяжении этого времени я думаю об этом. Хотя знаю что это бред. Вообщем из-за этого мне тяжело жить.
