Боязнь выражения эмоций
Доброй ночи,пару дней назад поняла,что у меня боязнь своих эмоций.К примеру,когда человек даёт мне послушать какую-то песню,я не могу ему сказать,что мне нравится его музыка или же не могу сказать близким,что люблю их,потому что боюсь.Я пыталась понять почему я боюсь,но не могу.У меня нет страха быть отвергнутой.Подскажите,как понять почему боюсь и что нужно делать?
