Доброго дня.Мене звати Каріна.Я перехворіла коронавірусом і після цього мені поклали діагноз депресивний розлад.Приймаю ліки Ноофен та Атаракс,антидепресант відмовилась пити.Турбують постійно навязливі думки про те,як можна собі нашкодити（бажання такого немає）.Як можна побороти цю проблему без допомоги антидепресантів?
