Беременность и гормоны
Здравствуйте, я на 9 месяце беременности и почти все месяцы мои гормоны очень сильно играют. Я волнуюсь по всякому поводу , накручиваю себя, перебираю отношения , копаюсь в прошлом, вспоминаю то что прошло . Это очень мне мешает сосредоточится на этом прекрасном этапе в моей жизни. Бывают моменты когда просто витаю где-то в облаках ,но не здесь. Как справляться с гормонами и не накручивать себя. Новый день и новые мысли в голове, она пустой не бывает. Постоянно в напряжении.
