не можу почати тактильний контакт
всім добрий день! я не можу почати сам тактильний контакт. що саме я маю на увазі. мені важко зробити перший крок в обіймах, поцілунках і тд. я відчуваю якийсь бар\'єр. ця проблема дуже відображається на самопочутті моєї дівчини. я часто хочу сам обійняти її, але мені скадно на це піти. я відчуваю тривогу, невпевненість і страх. не знаю з чого це пішло і як виправити.
