Мне кажется, что я не одна когда одна
Я не знаю из за чего это но, когда я одна в комнате или еще где-то, мне постоянно кажется, что за мной кто-то наблюдает, это у меня 3-4 года, это ужасно мешает иногда я не могу сконцентрироваться и всегда думаю об этом, я думаю это паранойя, но люди говорят что это из за того что я еще не выросла, может и так, даже когда я собираюсь ложиться спать, мне всегда кажется что на меня кто-то смотрит, даже со светом, это так надоело, и пугает. Думаю я когда то от этого избавлюсь.
