Страх и большая тревожность
Добрый день. В последнее время стал не понимать что происходит во круг меня, появилось ощущение что вокруг все не настоящее,пугают люди (иногда) когда на них просто смотрю, появился страх что я схожу с ума и страх смерти.
(Я списанный военный,видел как умирают люди быстро) может это повлияло на такое поведение? Подскажите пожалуйста что делать.
