Доброї ночі, у мене така ситуація ніби всередині мене два голоси, один завжди «За» а інший завжди «Проти» про що б я не думала, завжди є це за і проти, іноді просто голова вибухає, хочеться закричати, щоб ці голоси замовкли, таке в мене вже дуже давно (6 років так точно), в мене, в принципі, постійно багато думок в голові, я всі «сюжети» подій прокручую в голові, підкажіть, будь ласка, як із цим упоратися, чи, можливо, я просто накручую себе.
