Дочка не хочет спать сама
Добрый день! Моей дочке 7 лет, но она до сих пор не может спать сама. Я долгое время спала с ней, кормила грудью почти до 2 лет. У нас с ней сильная связь, но как-то же надо ее приучать. Она просит, что бы я с ней полежала перед сном, почитала и не уходила, пока она не уснет. На это ухоит 2-3 часа- я выматываюсь! Подскажите, как правильно мне поступить?
