как себя успокоить когда страшно одной дома?
Здравствуйте, мы с мужем недавно переехали на новую квартиру , он побыл со мной два дня , а потом уехал в командировку, и вот неделю я не могу находиться в этой квартире одна, мне очень страшно, боюсь каждого шороха( соседей слышно очень хорошо) без успокоительно не могу даже телевизор посмотреть, засыпаю с большим трудом, подскажите как себя успокоить , как бороться с волнением, ведь на успокоительных я долго не протяну
