Страх ударить первым
Ходил 5 лет на единоборства. Вполне могу постоять за себя и девушку в екстренных ситуациях, знаю это, и проверено уже. В обычных конфликтах, когда дело уже должно перейти на драку, появляется сильная паника, страх, сжимается всё в груди и боюсь ударить первым. Из-за этого потом очень долго грызет чувство достоинства и стыд. Убежаю себя, что могу, и впринципе, верю в это. Но когда опять дело доходит до такой ситуации, всё повторяется. Что с этим делать?
