Я не уверенная и всего боюсь
Здравствуйте! Раньше я никогда и ничего не боялась, в смысле что то сделать, сказать, позвонить. А сейчас я даже боюсь просто позвонить и записаться в поликлинику. Что мне делать? Я стала очень не уверенным в себе человеком. Если у меня предстоит какая-то встреча, я всячески пытаюсь её избежать. Всю злость и накопленную энергию я выплескиваю на детей. С мужем стараюсь вообще не разговаривать, потому что у меня сразу в груди ком и я начинаю задыхаться.
