как избавится от этого состояния и что это со мной ?
в последнее время чувствую себя очень усталой,болят ноги,бегаю туда сюда,проснулась на учобу и потом робота допозна,работаю в МакДональдзе,приходится говорить с многими людьми,это очень сложно,общение с ними выматывает,плюс есть такое что некоторые люди унижают морально и от этого я ходжу как у воду опущена,настроение никакое
