Послеродовая депрессия или что это ?
Здравствуйте.5,5месяцев назад родила ребёнка ,было кесарево сечение .Постоянное отвращение к себе,с ребёнком 24/7 и стала часто прокручивать ситуация о самоубийстве или же возможном причинении вреда ребёнку (его безумно люблю),но иногда так накрывает ,что стою на балконе и представляю как мы падаем и что потом?С мужем идеальные отношения ,но он часто на работе .Очень боюсь что в таких приступах могу причинить вред малышу.Как с этим справиться?
