Не розумію що зі мною коїться, допоможіть розібратися..
Добрий вечір. Мене звуть Світлана, мені майже 26 років. Я мама двох малих дітей. Я заміжня. Працюю. Та я не навиджу своє життя. В сім'ї проблеми. Мене нічого не цікавить. В дома не можу знаходитися, я не люблю проводити час з дітьми, вони мене сильно дратують. З чоловіком проблеми, я не хочу з ним бути, і без нього важко. Почалися атаки паніки, безсоння. Руки трясуться, мало їм. Або навпаки багато їм. Не знаю що з цим робити.. допоможіть будь ласка. Бо я так більше не витримую. Взагалі не маю спокою, ні вдень ні вночі.
