Psychology isn’t just my profession—it’s a calling I fully dedicate myself to. Over three years of practice, I’ve conducted hundreds of sessions, helping people overcome emotional challenges, find inner strength, and improve their quality of life. My approach blends psychoanalytic insight with cognitive-behavioral techniques, allowing me to not only uncover the roots of difficulties but also provide clients with practical tools for change. My experience covers anxiety, panic attacks, low self-esteem, burnout, apathy, unresolved resentments, depression, and more.

I specialize in addressing deep emotional states, anxiety, depression, and existential crises. I help clients overcome low self-esteem, self-criticism, and perfectionism, and learn to manage anxiety rather than be controlled by it. I work with the effects of psychological abuse, manipulation, and difficult relationships, as well as trauma, including PTSD. I support clients during burnout, apathy, and chronic fatigue, helping them restore energy and rediscover purpose. I also address phobias, panic attacks, procrastination, and eating disorders.
