Professional experience
Since 2007, I’ve come to realize that we know very little about how our psyche works. In reality, it operates like a well-tuned mechanism made up of programmed patterns. Even when we try to change our beliefs or perspectives (our programs), life often remains unchanged: inner conflicts persist, external situations repeat, only the characters shift, and relationships stay the same. Without understanding how this mechanism works, we remain its prisoners. My deepest desire is to share knowledge about how the psyche functions—not just theoretical insights but lived experience turned into wisdom—and provide the key to unlocking it.
